• Applicable taxes and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

5. Order acceptance & cancellations

An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation and/or dispatch notification by email. If a product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).

6. Shipping & delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and can vary due to carrier conditions.
• Tracking information is sent by email once your parcel is dispatched.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Additional costs may apply if re-delivery is required.

7. Returns & refunds

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first. Returns must be sent in their original condition where possible. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defective on arrival).
• Items damaged by improper installation, misuse, or handling may not be eligible for refund.
• For hygiene/safety reasons, some sealed items may not be returnable after opening (where applicable).
